Landlord safety electrical certification. EICR.
As a Landlord, it is your responsibility to ensure that the electrical installation in a rented property is safe when tenants move in and maintained in a safe condition throughout its duration. As of 1st June 2020 it will be a mandatory requirement that landlords have an up to date electrical certificate.
